What your registration will include:

All lectures.
Welcome apéro on Sunday night.

What your registration will NOT include:

Hotel
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
Ski pass
Transport to and from Saas Fee
Tourist tax of 4.50CHF per person per day

All participants will stay at the Hotel Allalin. Room rates are as follows (per person per night). This includes Dinner, Bed, and Breakfast.

3 – 4 person apartment : 120 CHF per person per night
2 person apartment : 130 CHF per person per night
2 person hotel room : 145 CHF per person per night

We will contact participants on how they can book these rooms in the coming weeks.

Note: This means you must pay for lunch each day. There are supermarkets and restaurants in Saas Fee for all budgets.
